Munnar
Munnar, 1600 m above sea level is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Sprawling tea plantations, picture-book towns, winding lanes and holiday facilities make this a popular resort town. The famous Neelakurinji flower which blossoms every twelve years is found only in Munnar. Anamudi which is the highest peak in South India is also in Munnar. For trekking Anamudi is an ideal place.

Thekkady
Thekkady which is in the Periyar reserve forest of is one of the finest wildlife reserves in India, and spread across the entire district are picturesque plantations and hill towns. You can see plenty of animals while travelling on boat through the lake. Periyar forest is a tiger reserve forest.

The Idukki Wildlife Sanctuary

Idukki is the most beautiful district of Kerala with about 1500 Sq.Km. of its area is under reserved forest. This sanctuary spreading over 77 sq. km and there are plenty of wild animals like, tigers, deer, Indian bisons and monkeys. Wonderful streams, valleys and hills are there.

Idukki Arch Dam
This is Asia's first arch dam, constructed across the Kuravan and Kurathi hills. 550 ft. high and 650 ft. wide, the dam lies close to the Cheruthoni barrage. Idukki Wildlife Sanctuary is located nearby.

Vagamon

Vagamon has grass covered hills, velvet lawns and is a beautiful place to visit. The chain of three hills - Thangal Hill, Murugan Hill and Kurisumala - is a mark of religious harmony. .
